How we can save costs to you

To Keep costs down EPS requires every member to fill out a Los Alamos County "Free Load Authorization Form". This gives EPS authorization to dump your load utilizing one of your 12 dump runs thats included in your Utility bill.
If you get a utility bill from Los Alamos/Dept. of Public Utilities please click the button below and fill out the form.

We only require Sections 1, 3, & 4 to be filled out by you.

Please ensure that EPS is aware of where the form will be located in the event you are not home during pick up.

If there is no form provided at time of pick up, EPS reserves the right to deny pick up, or add a minimum of $77 to the Invoice for disposal fees.

Junk and Debris Removal

5 x 10 x 4 trailer -7 cubic yeards (equilent to about 4 pick up truck loads)

Most of the jobs out there do not require a huge dump truck. They are usually one to 2 pick up loads worth of junk. This is where our 5 x 10 x 4 trailer comes in handy. It is quick, economical and we can back up just about anywhere. Please read our pricing below. Prices are if we can back directly up to pile for house hold junk.

Save money by putting items where we can pick directly to them and have them bagged up ready to go. Have everything bagged seperate square items like mattresses, boxes and bags. Also seperate any items that are metal. This helps us load our trailer more efficiently which saves you money. We want you to get the most bang for you buck.

WE DO NOT TAKE HAZMAT, CONCRETE, CARCASES, ASBESOS CONTAMINATES DEBRIS, OR ANYTHING NOT ACCEPTED BY LOS ALAMOS COUNTY TRANSFER STATION

Pick up and disposal of 1 trash bag up to 42 gallon (Typical heavy duty contractos bag)

Discounted to $10 ea after 10th bag

Small Furniture

$25 ea

Any furniture that can be picked up by one person or easily transported with a hand truck.

Large Furniture

$50 ea

Any furniture that requires 2 people with or with out a hand truck.

Appliances (without Freeon)

$50 ea

Any appliance that can be moved by one person or with ease with a hand truck, that does NOT have freeon in it.

Appliances WITH Freeon

$100 ea

Any appliance that can be moved by one person or with ease with a hand truck, that does NOT have freeon in it.

This includes but is not limited to Refrigerators, Freezers, & Air Conditioning units.

1/2 Trailer Load

$250

Minimum 1/2 of 5x10x4 Trailer for house hold junk if we can back up directly to the Pile and its bagged or boded up read to go. Please have empty cardboard boxes broken down. If we cannot back up directly to the pile (max 10ft) the price will increas to full trailer load ($495). If items are not boxed or bagged up cardboard not flattened and ready to go the charge will be 1.5x the regualr price.

3/4 Trailer Load

$375

3/4 of 5x10x4 Trailer for house hold junk if we can back up directly to the Pile and its bagged or boded up read to go. Please have empty cardboard boxes broken down. Non- Bagged Yard Waste Min. 3/4 load

Yard waste that is not or cannot be bagged such as tree logs, branches, or root balls.

Cleaning fee

If any item inside the collected depris leak onto the trailer such as (but not limited to) oils, paint, stains, or anything that cannot be washed out and cleaned with a simple garden hose rinse or swept out with a broom will incure a cleaning fee.

Items we do not not accept for pick up at this time HAZMAT, Concrete (clean or dirty), Asbestoes contaminated debris, Carcases, or anything not accepted by the Los Alamos County Transfer Station. EPS reserves the right to refuse any pick up.

Have a large project that will require multiple days of Junk Removal? Rent the trailer for a predetermined amount of time and fill the trailer at your leasure during your reservation. Following all guidlines that Los Alamos county Transfer station has and the items that EPS does not collect and you can fill up the trailer to your hearts desire.

*You must disclose up front at the time of making your reservation many days you’ll need the dumpster for. If you wait until the day of your scheduled pick up to schedule an additional day with the dumpster, it will likely already have a reservation with someone else. A LAC/DPU Authorization form will be required for every load taken off site.

5x10x4 Dump trailer rental

$350

1 day Rental, Price includes delivery, pick up and Dump fees up to 2.5 Tons. Price includes 1 dump.

Add on Days

$100/day

If Trailer is needed for an additional day(s) but no pick up, emptied or retunred dumpster is needed.

Add on Dumps

$250 / trip.

If Trailer is needing emptied and returned to be refilled this fee will apply, this fee is for up to 2.5 tons of weight.

Cleaning Fee

$250

*We cannot offer a prorated price for an hourly rate. You will be charged the daily rate, even if you want the trailer hauled away the same day it was dropped off.

EPS can pay up front for the Material up front and add it to the invoice or customer is welcome to reserve material and pay directly to supplier and list EPS as the pick up party.

Each job is unique and will require different equipment and personell so we will wright you a custom bid.

EPS does not do inter-sate travel and will only relocate items with in the Northern part of New Mexico.
